We're looking for a strategic Performance Marketing Lead to drive user growth for Angry Birds Dream Blast. In this central role you’ll shape end to end performance marketing strategy to bring the joy of our game to millions more players worldwide. You’ll manage substantial budgets, mentor a team of performance marketing managers, and take full ownership of the game’s performance marketing efforts. The role can be based in either Espoo or Barcelona, following a hybrid policy with at least two days per week in the office.

You’ll work closely with Game Leadership, Product, and Creative teams to ensure performance marketing efforts align with the product vision, and drive business results.
