At Factorial we're looking for a new Partner Sales Account Executive for the Italian Market, based in Milan 🇮🇹, to help us boost the company to the next level.

The Role 📜
  • Identify, evaluate, and nurture client opportunities coming from Partners by strategizing and qualifying the best leads while ensuring a seamless partner experience throughout the collaboration cycle.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with prospective partners, engaging with key stakeholders across various departments to align on mutual goals and opportunities.
  • Develop creative and impactful partnership strategies and account plans to exceed growth objectives and strengthen long‑term collaboration.
  • Engage with senior executives (C‑Suite and VP‑level) to establish high‑level meetings, present tailored solutions, and negotiate win‑win agreements that drive business success.
  • Utilize consultative and collaborative approaches to guide potential partners through their decision‑making process, providing insights and creative solutions tailored to their unique needs.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—including SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Leadership to align strategies and ensure mutual success in partnership initiatives.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and activity reporting to track partnership progress and revenue contribution.
  • Support the Italian market expansion, identifying new partnership opportunities, understanding the local landscape, and positioning Factorial as the go‑to solution for HR software.
Your Profile 🧐
  • Proficient level of Italian is required & professional English.
  • At least 2‑3 years of Sales Experience as an Account Executive.
  • Negotiation and deal‑closing expertise: a proven track record in negotiating, managing, and successfully closing deals is essential. You will be responsible for delivering impactful demos that showcase our value, addressing customer needs, and guiding them to the final stages of the sales process.
  • Tech savvy and a natural passion for digital innovation.
  • Connect & Share: Connecting is in your DNA, both for customers and other internal areas! Active listening and presentation skills are key, with ability to build relevant, strategic messages based on customer insights.
  • Success driven: we're passionate about data, trends and objectives, and we expect you to be just as data‑driven in your approach to your sales book and quota achievement.
  • Strategic view: forecasting and pipeline management experience and critical communication skills required.
  • Soft side: must be detail oriented, accountable, creative thinker, team player, open‑minded, self‑motivated & ambitious to grow within an exciting team!
