Your Responsibilities

In this position you promote sales of DocuWare Integrated Document Management Software through Authorized DocuWare Partners in the designated region in Spain. You generate revenue for the company and build up the structure of suitable partners/resellers in terms of quality and quantity.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • You will meet or exceed budgeted sales and gross profit quotas as determined during goal setting meetings and by management.
  • You identify, convince and onboard ADPs to a level where they can successfully sell DocuWare’s document management solutions to mainly midsized organizations.
  • You are responsible for the lead generation literacy: Proficient in evaluating and implementing lead generation systems and generating high-quality leads with strong conversion rates for direct sales and partner channels.
  • You develop business opportunities through channel of ADPs, including developing and implementing Marketing Plans, and working with Sales Staff and Professional Services personnel to identify new business opportunities and to increase sales each year.
  • You conduct Sales workshops to educate the dealer channel, as well as end‑user seminars and presentations.
  • You maintain, analyze and utilise territory records and other information to efficiently organise, plan, execute and measure results.
What you need to succeed
  • You bring a very good understanding of business processes such as: Invoice processing, Contract lifecycle, HR onboarding, HR records management, HR offboarding or similar.
  • You have completed commercial education/training, college degree or equivalent.
  • You already have profound experience in a similar role, including multiple years of successful experience in solution selling – ideally in the software industry.
  • Additionally, you possess above‑average technical and computer skills and can competently demonstrate software functionality.
  • You are characterised by entrepreneurial thinking, the ability to analyse business processes and to find individual solutions, as well as the ability to lead and to motivate people.
  • You are open for extensive travelling.
  • You possess excellent verbal/presentation and written communication skills in your local language, as well as fluent English skills.
