This is not a traditional paid media role. Your mission is to build and automate an AI-powered paid advertising operation that scales intelligently across markets and channels.
You won't just manage campaigns – you'll engineer systems. The goal: automated bidding strategies, AI-generated creative at scale, intelligent audience building, and real-time optimization that runs 24/7 with minimal manual intervention.
You're a performance marketer who thinks in systems, not just campaigns.
You've gotten your hands dirty building automations, scripts, and workflows that make paid media more efficient. You understand that the future of advertising is AI-assisted – and you're already there. While you'll work alongside a CMO and have developer support when needed, you're a builder who can prototype, test, and iterate independently.
You'll be part of a small, hands‑on marketing team reporting to the CMO. We're building a "human in the loop" operation where AI and automation handle the heavy lifting, and smart humans make strategic decisions. Everyone on the team builds – no one just manages.
