The Challenge

This is not a traditional paid media role. Your mission is to build and automate an AI-powered paid advertising operation that scales intelligently across markets and channels.

You won't just manage campaigns – you'll engineer systems. The goal: automated bidding strategies, AI-generated creative at scale, intelligent audience building, and real-time optimization that runs 24/7 with minimal manual intervention.

Your Channels – Each an Automation Opportunity
  • Google Ads – Build automated bidding systems, AI-powered search campaigns, and Performance Max optimization across 9 languages and 100+ markets
  • Meta (Facebook / Instagram) – Design intelligent audience engines, automated creative testing, and dynamic catalog advertising
  • Additional Channels – Explore and scale TikTok, Pinterest, Microsoft Ads, and emerging platforms as opportunities arise
  • Reporting & Attribution – Create automated dashboards and AI-assisted analysis that surface insights without manual digging
Who You Are

You're a performance marketer who thinks in systems, not just campaigns.

You've gotten your hands dirty building automations, scripts, and workflows that make paid media more efficient. You understand that the future of advertising is AI-assisted – and you're already there. While you'll work alongside a CMO and have developer support when needed, you're a builder who can prototype, test, and iterate independently.

You Bring
  • 3+ years managing paid media budgets of €300 K+ monthly across Google and Meta
  • Hands‑on experience with automation tools (Google Ads Scripts, Meta Rules, Make / Zapier, or custom solutions)
  • Proven track record of improving ROAS or reducing CPA through systematic optimization
  • Comfort with AI tools for creative generation, audience insights, or bid optimization
  • Experience with e‑commerce advertising (product feeds, dynamic ads, catalog campaigns)
  • Strong analytical skills – you live in spreadsheets and dashboards
  • Understanding of attribution models and how to measure incrementality
