Overview

Key responsibilities

• Support commercial activities with surgeons, optometrists, and distributors
• Deliver clinical and product trainings (IOLs, calculations, positioning)
• Provide pre- and post-op clinical support and IOL calculations
• Participate in congresses, customer meetings, and market development activities
• Act as a bridge between clinical knowledge and commercial strategy

Profile

• Degree in Optometry (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a commercial role in IOLs, refractive or surgical ophthalmology devices
• Proactive attitude as a fundamental soft skill.
• Commercial mindset with customer-facing experience
• Fluent English
• Willingness to travel
