Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic planning and operational management for the EU Headquarters.
  • Develop mid-to-long term business strategies and ensure alignment with HQ global strategy.
  • Build and optimize organizational processes, management systems, and performance evaluation mechanisms.
  • Provide business insights, operational reports, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Oversee major cross-functional projects and ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • Represent the company in external forums, industry associations, and stakeholder engagements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Strategy, or related fields; MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in strategy and operations, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in multinational corporations, preferably in the automotive or industrial sectors.
  • Excellent leadership, cross-cultural management, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; Catalan and Chinese are a plus.
  • High ability to work under pressure and drive complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
