Your opportunity

We are looking for a LOGISTICS MANAGER to lead the e‑logistics operations within the Iberia Supply Chain team, ensuring operational excellence, process optimisation and a unique customer experience across our omnichannel platforms.

Your Mission

Supervise the end‑to‑end e‑logistics operations ensuring an efficient flow of products, services and information between our warehouses, carriers and digital platforms.

This role combines leadership, data analysis and technology to continuously improve efficiency, sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and optimise omnichannel logistics operations (B2C and B2B) ensuring efficiency and service quality.
  • Oversee the technological integration of logistics systems (ERP, WMS, e‑commerce platforms).
  • Collaborate with internal Category Management and Digital teams to ensure product availability and visibility.
  • Manage relationships with logistics providers, warehouses and carriers ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs and quality standards.
  • Analyse performance indicators (KPIs), prepare reports and propose continuous improvement actions.
  • Ensure regulatory and operational compliance, applying best practices throughout the supply chain.
  • Lead technological innovation projects (RFID traceability, automation, advanced analytics) to improve logistics efficiency.
  • Develop and motivate the team, fostering collaboration and operational excellence.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or e‑commerce operations, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of e‑commerce platforms, logistics tools and data analysis.
  • High level of English (a proficiency test will be required).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and tools such as SAP, WMS or other logistics management systems.
