A renewable energy company seeks a Survey Manager to oversee planning, execution, and management of hydrographic and geotechnical surveys. The role requires leadership of survey projects, a strong background in geoscience, and compliance with safety standards. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years offshore experience, a master's degree, and proficiency in relevant software packages. This position offers a flexible day rate and is located in Cádiz, Spain, with both office and remote work options.

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years of offshore experience including Party Chief roles for hydrographic campaigns.
• Technical knowledge of MBES, SSS, SBP, MAG, and UHRS surveys (acquisition + processing).
• Ability to adapt and make decisions in an uncertain environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and oversee the execution of hydrographic/geophysical/geotechnical surveys.
• Monitor acquisition progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Lead and mentor a team of Marine Scientists.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
