A leading fashion and beauty company in Barcelona is looking for a passionate Graduate Marketing professional to contribute to product launches and influencer marketing. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Marketing or Communications, with up to 3 years of experience, and be fluent in Spanish and English. Responsibilities include ideating launch concepts, coordinating projects, and developing communication guidelines. Marketing
Participate on ideating concepts for new launches (moodboards, concept research, names, packaging ideas, design)
Support the teams during all steps of innovation development & coordinate the development of all support materials to guarantee successful launch along with internal teams (communication, PR, digital, e-taiiling, POS, training materials, activation)
Set 360° launch strategies and operational implementation in cooperation with all departments
Content creation
Elaboration of briefs for service providers, production companies and external creative teams
Follow-up of the shootings from preparation to post-production
Coordination with the different internal departments
Guarantee deadlines and project planning
Guarantee the graphic charter of the brand on the different media and formats
Administrative follow-up of projects
Influencer Marketing & Events
Influencer campaigns: scouting and selection: review and evaluate (approve/reject) market profiles and proposals, analyze them via Lefty platform. Follow up & reportings working together with local communication and marketing teams
Social media: act as intermediary between the communications and the digital departments to ensure a qualitative visibility of all the PR & influencer activations in our own channels
Communication Guidelines
Develop together with the Communication Manager, events & influencer marketing guidelines in order to align messages and achieve one voice globally
