A major player in the fashion and beauty industry is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in Barcelona. In this role, you will lead and optimize supply chain operations, manage a team of 5, and ensure product availability while collaborating with various teams. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in supply chain management and proficiency in SAP. Excellent organizational skills and leadership ability are essential. This position emphasizes digitalization and quality compliance, making it a dynamic opportunity to impact the business significantly.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and optimize supply chain operations for Make-Up, Skincare, and Home categories.
• Ensure continuity of supply and anticipate risks of shortages.
• Manage a team of 5 people based in Barcelona and Paris.
• Coordinate flows between suppliers, subcontractors, and logistics hubs.
• Set up contracts with outsourcing subcontractors.
• Implement KPIs and drive digitalization initiatives.
• Collaborate with Quality Teams for compliance.

• Implement corrective actions to maintain service level
• Manage team of 5 people based in Barcelona and Paris
• External Partner Coordination
• Manage flows between suppliers, subcontractors, and logistics hubs
• Set up and negotiate contract with outsourcing capacitive subcontractors
• Guarantee compliance of deliveries (quantity, quality, timelines)
• Process Optimization
• Implement KPIs (OTIF, service rate)
• Drive digitalization and automation initiatives
• Quality Compliance
• Collaborate with Quality Teams
