A leading manufacturing firm in Martorell, Spain, is looking for a skilled technician to perform maintenance on facility equipment and machinery. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and training staff. Candidates should have a technical degree and a good understanding of machinery. Formación

• Technical School degree in mechanical and electrical engineering.
• Good understanding of presses and complex assembly lines.
• Basic computer and PLC skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair presses and assembly lines.
• Provide training to manufacturing staff.

Responsibilities:

• Preventive and predictive maintenance on facility equipment and machinery
• Installation and demolition of facility manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshooting and repair presses
• Troubleshooting and repair assembly lines
• Emergency Brigade member
• 3 Shifts working. Fourth shift when required (Saturday and Sunday)
• Training to manufacturing staff in maintenance procedures, methods and machinery
• Participate in VPS projects (Continuous improvement)

Qualifications:

• Technical School degree (mechanical and electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic)
• Good understanding of machinery is essential (presses, complex assembly lines and PLC systems)
• Basic computer and PLC skills
