Job Description Summary

In this role as Logistic Analyst EMEA with global responsibilities within the leading area of Radioligand Therapies (RLT) you will analyze logistics data, identify trends, and provide insights and recommendations to optimize delivery processes and enhance overall efficiency. The Logistics Analyst plays a key role in monitoring deliveries, updating databases, identifying and escalating risks, and preparing reports to track performance and drive continuous improvement in logistics operations.

About The Role
Major accountabilities
  • Create daily reports on upcoming deliveries and their status for proactive identification of potential issues.
  • Develop and maintain mapping of different delivery lanes to optimize routing and efficiency.
  • Investigate and analyze late or failed deliveries to identify root causes and propose solutions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Monitor flights carrying deliveries to ensure timely and efficient transportation, as well as prepare ad hoc and regular reports on logistics metrics.
  • Perform checks to ensure compliance with FDA regulations for released products.
Minimum Requirements
  • Formal education or previous experience in the fields of Science, Industrial Engineering, Planning or similar.
  • English proficiency plus local language knowledge needed.
Desirable Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies.
  • Familiarized with data management in a global environment.
