A global interactive entertainment company is seeking a Lead, People Business Partner for their Barcelona studio. The role involves shaping People strategies, influencing senior leaders, and driving organizational design efforts. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in coaching, leading change management initiatives, and navigating complex employee matters according to Spanish labor law. Preference for candidates fluent in English and familiar with the gaming or tech industry. This position supports a hybrid work environment.
Scopely is looking for a Lead, People Business Partner to join our global People Team and support one of our most innovative and high-impact game organizations, Monopoly GO! This role will be based out of our Barcelona studio on a hybrid basis working 3 days a week from the hub.

The Lead, PBP will join a dynamic PBP Team dedicated to MGO, working closely with the VP and collaborating with our global team of PBPs, COEs, and business leaders. Our pod is built around partnership, feedback, and empowerment – where every member contributes beyond reporting lines, ensuring a holistic approach to People strategy for one of the most innovative game teams in the industry.
