Formación

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in iOS mobile development.
• Hands-on experience with Swift and SwiftUI.
• Familiarity with data structures and system design.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical point of contact for the team: facilitate discussions, unblock engineers, provide architectural guidance, and uphold best practices.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with product and design to refine scope, estimate work, and align on timelines and priorities.
• Contribute hands‑on across mobile platforms by implementing features, fixing bugs, and improving performance.

Must‑have Skills

• 4+ years of iOS native mobile development experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Swift and SwiftUI.
• Familiarity with data structures, system design, and design patterns.
• Proficiency in API design, MVVM, declarative UI, Git, and DevOps.

Nice‑to‑have

AI Tooling Proficiency

• Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day‑to‑day work: drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.

• Passion for news and creativity in introducing new ideas and technologies.
• Full‑stack background is a plus, with familiarity in cloud services, GraphQL, Firebase, etc.
• A background in journalism is advantageous.
