This role involves managing and developing the distributor network across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. United Barcode Systems (UBS) is a leading manufacturer of industrial coding and marking solutions. With a strong international presence and a well-established distributor network, we continue to expand into new and existing markets.

We are looking for a Sales Area Manager to strengthen our International Sales Department and work closely with the rest of the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop the distributor network in the assigned regions (Europe, Africa & Middle East depending on profile).
  • Prospect new distributors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and create market growth plans with each distributor.
  • Support and oversee commercial activities: business visits, technical and sales training, end-customer visits.
  • Attend international trade shows, industry events and commercial trips.
  • Analyze market performance and propose actions to increase sales and positioning.
  • Collaborate closely with internal team and other company departments to provide full support to distributors.

1. - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales.

2. - Language: English– High (C1-C2), negotiation level, (other European language is appreciated).

3. - Experience selling in international environment with distributors.

4. - Willingness to travel 30-40%.

5. - Place of residence: Maresme or other but close to Vilassar de Mar.

6. - Strong communication, planning and business development skills.

7. - Results-oriented, autonomous, proactive and growth-drive profile.
