A leading manufacturer of industrial solutions is seeking a Sales Area Manager to expand their International Sales Department. This role involves managing and developing the distributor network across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Candidates should possess 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, be fluent in English, and demonstrate strong communication and business development skills. We are looking for a Sales Area Manager to strengthen our International Sales Department and work closely with the rest of the team.
1. - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales.
2. - Language: English– High (C1-C2), negotiation level, (other European language is appreciated).
3. - Experience selling in international environment with distributors.
4. - Willingness to travel 30-40%.
5. - Place of residence: Maresme or other but close to Vilassar de Mar.
6. - Strong communication, planning and business development skills.
7. - Results-oriented, autonomous, proactive and growth-drive profile.
