• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in global environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and project delivery.
• Fluency in English and Italian (B2–C2 levels).

Responsabilidades

• Leading Agile project delivery for AI & Data solutions on modern cloud platforms.
• Facilitating Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Managing project timelines, scope, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Tracking and reporting project progress using Agile metrics and KPIs.
• Identifying and mitigating risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Driving continuous improvement and Agile maturity within teams.
• Ensuring stakeholder alignment and effective communication.

Your key responsibilities

As a Scrum Master / Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading Agile project delivery for AI & Data solutions on modern cloud platforms.
• Facilitating Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Managing project timelines, scope, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams across geographies (India, Italy, etc.).
• Tracking and reporting project progress using Agile metrics and KPIs.
• Identifying and mitigating risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Driving continuous improvement and Agile maturity within teams.
• Ensuring stakeholder alignment and effective communication across all levels.
• Maintaining project documentation and knowledge bases.
• Supporting change management and adoption of Agile practices.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in global environments.

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and data solutions.
• Proficiency in Agile project management tools.
• Fluency in English and Italian (B2–C2 levels).

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent.
• Experience with AI-driven project management tools.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and integration with Agile delivery.
