Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions independently.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities, ensuring effective collaboration and project execution.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of IT systems.
• Collect and analyze business and users' requirements, identify bottlenecks and advise improvement.
• Cooperate with EU IT and HQ IT team for planning, implementation, and optimization of IT Systems.

Your mission

As an IT Operation and Maintenance Engineer, your mission is to ensure the stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of BYD Iberia’s IT systems. You will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions, enabling smooth operations and supporting innovation across the organization.

What you´ll be doing

• Collect and analyze business and users' requirements, identify bottlenecks and advise improvement for the system of business process;
• Communicate with local business internal / external stakeholders on system Q&A, providing training to key users;
• Cooperating with the EU IT and HQ IT team to carry out the planning, implementation, upgrading, optimization and transformation of the IT Systems
• Develop and maintain local technical documentation and procedures; perform the technical evaluations and periodic exercises and new release tests.
• Understanding of the legal requirements with IT system and communicate with the Legal Department.

• Native or professional proficiency in Chinese a strong plus.
