A global IT services company is seeking a Technician to provide direct customer support. Responsibilities include assisting users, analyzing errors, maintaining hardware, and managing accounts. Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of hardware service experience, strong English skills, and a driver's license. Formación

  • Minimum of two to three years of direct Hardware Service experience.
  • Ability to build relationships effectively with users.
  • Excellent time management skills essential.
  • Experience in troubleshooting OS, Apps and Hardware installation.
  • Solid knowledge of English at B2 minimum is required.
  • Driver's license is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer issues.
  • Analyze errors and maintain hardware effectively.
  • Set up and remove workstations and user accounts via Active Directory.
  • Log solutions to problems in a ticketing system.

Role

As a Hemmersbach Technician you will be a direct customer contact for various requirements

  • Help users with their problems and requests.
  • Analyze errors, maintain hardware, set up / remove work stations, install and configure new software (IMACD) and manage user accounts via Active Directory.
  • Log your approach and solution to problems in a ticketing system.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two to three (2-3) years with direct PC and Laptop Hardware Service experience.
  • Ability to build relationships.
  • Excellent time management skill.
  • Experience in OS, Apps and HW installation and troubleshooting depending on project products.
  • Solid knowledge of English (B2 minimum).
  • Hold a driver's license.
