Job Description

As an Analyst in our Real Estate Investment Banking team you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of M&A Debt Advisory and Capital Raising (Equity and Debt) transactions. You will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, preparing client presentations and contributing to the overall deal process. This role provides an opportunity to work directly with senior bankers, clients and external advisors in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models including DCF, LBO and trading/transaction comparable analyses.
  • Prepare and analyse financial statements, valuation metrics and key industry trends.
  • Lead the preparation of client presentations, investment memorandums and marketing materials.
  • Support the execution of live transactions, including process management, due diligence, negotiations and deal structuring.
  • Assist in the origination and development of new business opportunities by conducting market and company research.
  • Work closely with senior bankers and clients, providing insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders such as legal advisors, accountants and consultants.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Education: Strong academic background with a degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business or a related field. CFA designation is a plus.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages like Portuguese or Italian are highly valued.
  • Experience: 2‑3 years of experience in investment banking M&A advisory, private equity, corporate development or management consulting with strong financial analysis exposure.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques (DCF, LBO, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles and key financial metrics.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and financial databases.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas concisely.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently.
