About the client

We are seeking a Integration Team Support & Data Analyst to join one of our clients in the pharmaceutical sector. The position is based in Barcelona and offers a hybrid work model.

Your mission

The main aim of this role is to plan and coordinate projects under the responsibility of the Integration team (Operations) and admin tasks related to the CTO direct reports.

Your Major Accountabilities
  • Drive value creation by leading and executing projects mainly tech‑transfers from CMO to CMO.
  • Manage cross‑functional and cross‑country Project Teams ensuring good communication between all the departments.
  • Plan & coordinate all activities across a Tech Transfer project.
  • Ensure the project is delivered in time, quality and budget supporting also the change management processes.
  • Knows the specific local requirements of each country.
  • Develop Project Charters and Implementation Plans and lead of Kick off follow‑up & project closure meetings.
  • Monthly report on the status of all projects with maintenance of our Project Management tool (S martsheet).
  • Managing administrative tasks in order to support the CTO direct reports as e.g.:
    • Creation of POs (in SAP) related to Quality inclusive Tech Transfer activities and Serialization Strategic Sourcing and Operational Sourcing and / or other needs from the area.
    • Follow up on the POs status and revision / validation of related invoices.
    • Presentations as per request from the different teams.
    • Preparation of Reports Spreadsheets and Charts as per request (SAP source or excel).
    • Coordination / follow up on the signature of documents / paperwork.
    • Supporting the area in material / reports generation.
We would like you to have
  • At least 2 years of Experience as PMO Support.
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical companies is a plus.
  • Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to a variety of challenges.
  • Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time constrained environment.
  • Good level of English.
  • Experience with SAP system.
  • Good level of Excel Power Point Smartsheet.
