Requirements

• Experience (Essential): 4+ years in Java-based web application maintenance (Agile methodologies preferred)
• 2+ years as a Service Request Manager
• 1+ year working with Trade & Supply Chain Finance products (Confirming is a plus)
• Nice to have: Experience with payment channels / formats (ISO) in banking
• Knowledge of accounting and regulatory reporting for banking apps

Education

• Higher Education / University Degree / Master’s (technical background is a plus)

Skills & Knowledge

• ITIL certification or similar (ServiceNow)
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Deep understanding of web technologies, performance tools, and Agile (Scrum, Kanban)
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams
• SQL knowledge
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
