A technology company in Spain is seeking an engineer for SW laboratory development for UAS systems. You will manage laboratory devices, support SW integration, and develop Python scripts for automation. The ideal candidate has an engineering degree and knowledge of CI/CD tools, simulation environments, and Python. Formación

• Interest in SW development and UAS systems.
• Knowledge of HW and SW for embedded systems is valuable.

Responsabilidades

• Management and configuration of laboratory devices.
• Support to SW integration, verification, and validation.
• Support to the execution of laboratory tests.
• Development and maintenance of Python scripts for testing and automation.
• Development and execution of SIL/HIL simulations.
• Test and simulation data analysis.

Conocimientos

Knowledge of CI/CD environments and tools for SW development

Python programming experience

Knowledge of simulation environments (SIL, HIL, etc.)

Knowledge of virtualization (virtual machines and containers)

Knowledge of commercial HW laboratory equipment

Educación

Aeronautical/Industrial/Telecommunications/IT engineering degree

In our team you will participate in the development of a SW laboratory for UAS systems within an international consortium, associated to the NGWS/FCAS (Future Combat Air System) program, in the framework of one of its technological pillars (Remote Carriers and Manned/Unmanned Teaming)

The functions you will perform will be, among others:

• Management and configuration of laboratory devices.
• Support to SW integration, verification and validation.
• Support to the execution of laboratory tests.
• Development and maintenance of Python scripts for testing and automation.
• Development and execution of SIL/HIL simulations.
• Test and simulation data analysis.

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

For this position, we are looking for aeronautical/industrial/telecommunications/IT engineer(s) with interest in SW development and UAS systems. It will be an asset:

• Knowledge of CI/CD environments and tools for SW development.
• Knowledge of commercial HW laboratory equipment.
• Python programming experience.
• Knowledge of simulation environments (SIL, HIL, etc.).
• Knowledge of virtualization (virtual machines and containers).
• Valuable: knowledge of HW and SW for embedded systems.
