Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Infrastructure Systems Specialist to join our team. As an expert in IT infrastructure administration and maintenance, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and administer IS systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.


• Coordinate and provide guidance to the IS Infrastructure Support Team to ensure seamless delivery of services.


• Support and troubleshoot issues related to manufacturing and quality applications, including Serialization, OEE, Laboratory acquisition systems, EDMS, EQMS, and others.


• Set up and monitor servers backup processes to prevent data loss and ensure business continuity.


• Administer SQL databases to maintain data integrity and security.


• Handle infrastructure issues and provide solutions to problems that may arise.


• Suggest improvements to existing systems' functionality to optimize their performance.


• Manage communication with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.


• Prepare specifications for new requirements and implement changes and enhancements as needed.


• Plan and coordinate projects to ensure successful outcomes.


• Document and train colleagues on technical documentation and security policies.


• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.


• Monitor security operations and manage events.


• Integrate systems such as Salesforce and Azure to enhance business capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.


• Native Spanish language skills, with fluent English language skills (C1 level).


• At least 5 years of proven experience in infrastructure administration and maintenance.
