We are looking for a
Technical Functional Analyst

You will join Agile team in charge of the continuous improvements of our product as well as the development and support of our different customer integrations.
You will take high-level ideas and transform them into detailed blueprints for the development team. You must have the technical background to understand how the system works (APIs, databases, logic flows) and write tickets that a developer can implement without ambiguity.
Analyze high-level requirements (medical impact, sales benefits) and transform them into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Draft comprehensive technical documentation explaining business rules and features using diagrams, use cases, schemas, data flows, or any format that facilitates understanding.

Propose solid product solutions based on industry standards and best practices when direct user data or feedback is unavailable.
Analyze feedback from customers and competitors using Power BI.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar technical field.
Minimum 2–3 years in technical functional analysis, technical writing for software, or a similar role.
Ability to read and understand API documentation and complex system logic.
High level of Spanish and English (required for technical documentation).
Analytical, abstract thinker capable of defining generic, reusable functionalities rather than hard-coded, one-off features.
Previous experience as a developer.
Experience in the Healthcare / MedTech sector (understanding medical compliance and impact).
Experience using LLM tools (like GPT) to accelerate functional documentation.
An exciting scale-up company sharing good vibes & excellent multicultural and team working environment
