Formación

• Fluency in Spanish and strong English skills.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of support tickets for Nextlane products.
• Provide timely support by meeting service-level agreements.
• Document call and email activity thoroughly.
• Identify and report software bugs to development teams.

Fluency in Spanish

Solid understanding of software applications

Core Web Development (LAMP)

PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL
