Formación

• Experience in design, delivery and evaluation of training initiatives.
• Experience working in a fashion retail environment is advantageous.
• Organised and detail-oriented with prioritising skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define the annual training path for retail positions.
• Keep track of all training actions in the log file.
• Collaborate closely with content stakeholders for updates.

Experience in managing L&D function

Training, facilitation, and presentation skills

Strong influence skills

Intermediate/High English level
