Formación

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position (HR BP / Talent Acquisition and People Development).
• Availability to travel to Portugal up to 20% of the time.
• Experience in compliance is desirable but not a must.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Human Resources function within your area of responsibility.
• Design and implement training programs based on local business needs.
• Manage local labor relation issues.

Conocimientos

Fluency in English and Portuguese

Educación

University degree in Labor Relations, Law, Psychology or Business
