We are looking for an HR Admin & Partner in the Human Resources Spain team.
Tasks
- Proactive Labor Support: Act as the expert point of contact for managers and employees, offering legal and operational advice on labor matters, resolving complex inquiries, and guaranteeing the coherent application of internal policies.
- Comprehensive Contract Management: Manage the entire employee document lifecycle, including the drafting, review, and administration of employment contracts, agreements, clauses, and contractual amendments, ensuring maximum legal precision.
- Expert Payroll Coordination: Oversee and manage the payroll calculation process in collaboration with the external provider, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Social Security obligations.
- Data Maintenance and Compliance: Be responsible for the constant integrity and updating of the employee database (Employee Data Management), ensuring confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
- Management of Legal Obligations: Coordinate and execute mandatory communications with official bodies (Social Security, Employment Services, DELTA System, etc.), keeping the company in total compliance with current legislation.
- Onboarding Facilitator (Smooth Onboarding): Lead the management of the necessary infrastructure for the integration of new employees (tool allocation, network accounts, email, etc.), ensuring a smooth and efficient welcome experience.
- Attendance Control and Workplace absenteeism: Supervise and manage the systems for attendance, absenteeism, and time control. In close collaboration with department heads, effectively administer vacations, shifts, schedules, and leave, ensuring balance and proper operational planning.
- Participation in Transformation Projects: Actively contribute to the implementation of strategic HR projects, both locally and in international initiatives within the Group, providing a practical and compliance-focused perspective.
- Analysis and Control of Labor Costs: Perform periodic tracking and control of labor costs, offering key analysis for the department's financial and budgetary decision-making.
Expectations
- University Degree in Labor Relations (ER), Law, Business Administration and Management (BBA), Labor Sciences, or related fields.
- Master's Degree in HR is highly desirable/a plus.
- Experience in HR, with a focus on Personnel Administration.
- Strong knowledge of current labor regulations.
- Experience and knowledge in payroll and contract management.
- Experience with SAP Payroll is desirable/a plus.
- Knowledge of Spanish official systems: Sistema Red, Siltra, Contrat@, Certific@, and DELTA.
- Excellent level of Excel
- Knowledge of AI tools
- High level of English: C1/B2 (Advanced/Upper Intermediate).
