FUNCTIONS

Hotel General Manager for a luxury resort based in Costa del Sol

• Budget management and analysis
• Management and direction of hotel staff
• Ensuring full compliance with hotel operational controls, policies, procedures, and service standards
• Responsible for the preparation, presentation, and subsequent implementation of the hotel's Operating Budget, Marketing and Sales Plan, and Capital Budget
• Development of strategic objectives (medium and long term)
• Implementation of improvement initiatives

Position requirements

• Professional with at least 10 years of experience in Hotel Management.
• Experience in luxury hotels.
• Experience in the English-speaking Caribbean.
• Professionals from leading hotel chains in their sector are highly valued.
• Fluent in English and preferably Spanish.
