The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.
Schedule varies weekly, with at least 20-25 hours per week. Availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays is required. Hours may increase during peak times to support business needs.
