A leading multinational hospitality group is seeking a Head Chef with expertise in Italian cuisine to lead the gastronomic operations for their new restaurant, Casa METT Sitges. This role involves managing all food and beverage outlets, ensuring high standards in food quality and presentation. Candidates should have proven experience in fine dining environments and be fluent in Spanish with intermediate English skills. This is an excellent opportunity to innovate while respecting culinary traditions in a vibrant hospitality setting.

  • Lead the conceptualization and launch of a new Italian premium restaurant.
  • Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets in the hotel.

  • Control kitchen costs through effective budgeting and supplier negotiation.

We are looking for a visionary and experienced Head Chef with a strong background in Italian cuisine for the opening of Casa METT Sitges.

  • This role will lead our gastronomic operations, with a particular focus on developing and managing our new restaurant concept (Italian premium / fine dining), while also overseeing all other F&B outlets within the hotel.

Lead the conceptualization, creation, and launch of a new Italian premium / fine dining restaurant, together with the entire gastronomic offer of the hotel for the other F&B Outlets.

Oversee the daily operations of all F&B outlets in the hotel.

Manage kitchen staff, recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance.

Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and innovation across all outlets.

Control kitchen costs through effective budgeting, inventory management, and supplier negotiation.

Collaborate closely with hotel management, F&B, and marketing teams to ensure an outstanding guest experience.

Previous experience as Head Chef in a premium / fine dining environment in hotels or standalone restaurants.

Deep knowledge and passion for Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, with the ability to innovate while respecting tradition.

High standards in food presentation, hygiene, and quality control.

Fluent in Spanish and high intermediate level in English.
