You will lead a global team of 90+ associates and ensure the successful deployment of a microservices-based application using Java technologies on AWS. • Proven experience managing large-scale software development projects with international teams.
• Strong technical background in Java, microservices architecture, and cloud deployment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a global development team of 90+ associates across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate the efforts of Application Architects, Business Analysts, and SMEs.
