Your Responsibilities

• Be “the face” of the brand, presenting games in a professional and engaging manner
• Maintain the company’s high presentation and grooming standards
• Stay alert and technically proficient during live sessions
• Deliver exceptional service and follow brand performance expectations
• Engage with players and contribute to the company’s continuous improvement efforts

What You Bring

• Native/fluent in Russian (C2) with English proficiency (minimum B2)
• Ideally already eligible to live & work in Serbia
• Exceptional presenting and communication skills
• Outgoing personality with high energy and enthusiasm
• Flexible to work 24/7 rotational shifts
• Reliable with strong attendance and punctuality record
• Calm under pressure with great attention to detail and professionalism
