What You Bring to the Table (Requirements):
  • Native/Bilingual (C2) proficiency in German and a high level of English.
  • A BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience that demonstrates your expertise.
  • 1‑2 years of experience in sales, account management, or online advertising, with a proven track record in Google Ads.
  • A deep understanding of digital marketing concepts and a strategic, consultative approach to client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior client stakeholders.
