The job

As a B2B Sales Specialist, you will support the French market by reaching out to business customers in the printing and office supplies sector. Your role is to identify client needs, build strong relationships, and close deals, all while contributing to the growth of a fast-moving e-commerce scale-up.

Responsibilities
  • Communicating with French clients via phone and email to identify their needs
  • Following up on leads and generating new business opportunities
  • Qualifying prospects and converting them into long-term customers
  • Collaborating with logistics, product, and sales teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Logging client interactions and feedback to support process improvements
  • Promoting cross-selling and upselling to increase customer value and retention
