Our software saves e-commerce companies revenues that would otherwise be lost in returns. Via a link on the shop’s website, the customer can easily initiate their return, is automatically motivated to an exchange or voucher and the return is immediately processed with a shipping label.
We thus automate and reduce refunds for e-commerces like Hoff or Boggi Milano by up to 55%.

You will tackle the exciting challenge of solving the massive €20B+ returns problem for e-commerce companies in Germany, where we see return rates of 40–60% in fashion and shoeware.
For that we are seeking a super ambitious, smart and eager-to-learn graduate with sales experience who supports the Head of GTM as a right hand in launching the market. It’s a high impact, steep learning curve, full sales cycle environment. If the market gets going well, we will scale the team quickly.
