  • Guide customers through detailed technical processes and solutions
  • Document all customer interactions and solutions in our support system
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to offer informed support
  • Contribute to improving our support processes and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Fluency in Finnish and good command of English; additional languages are a plus
  • Previous experience in technical support or IT roles is highly desirable
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology
