A multinational security company based in Spain is seeking an experienced professional to lead strategic and operational projects within the LatAm Cluster. The role requires strong analytical skills, communication abilities at the senior level, and fluency in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in advisory or similar roles, with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of BI tools. Formación

• More than 6 years of experience in Advisory, Audit, or similar position.
• Strong analytic skills with understanding of business drivers and KPIs.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Overview

Lead strategic and operational projects within the LatAm Cluster, while supporting Management Team decisions through business analysis, financial information and analytical insights.

He / She will join the LatAm Finance team reporting to the CFO.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic & operational projects
• Identify key risks and opportunities to maximize efficiency of the business decisions
• Drive initiatives to boost business performance and optimization
• Perform regular and ad-hoc business & financial analysis
• Understand business performance and provide insightful outputs

Desired Qualifications and Skills

• Above 6 years of experience in Advisory, Audit or similar position
• Sound analytic skills and good understanding of business drivers and KPI´s
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of BI tools
• Extensive experience building data models and conducting complex business analysis
• Communication & presentation skills - written and verbal at senior level
• Fluent in English and Spanish, Portuguese would be a plus
