A leading global clinical research firm is seeking a Finance & administrative analyst to support the Finance Team with billing notifications and ensure timely contract processes. The role requires fluency in both Spanish and English, prior experience in finance or sales administration, and strong CRM knowledge. This position offers a hybrid work model based in Barcelona or Madrid, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Prior finance or sales administration experience is essential.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to resolve problems on non-routine matters.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to requests from the business to process billing notification forms.
• Ensure all paperwork and sign-off documents meet company requirements.
• Assist in ad-hoc operations tasks, if required.
• Cross collaboration with different teams.

The Finance & administrative analyst will be responsible for supporting Salesforce – Billing Notifications Forms. He/she will provide support to the Finance Team and ensure billing, contracts and communications happening on time and according to company guidelines

Principal Accountabilities

• Respond to requests from the business to process billing notification forms once a contract has been won by the commercial team.
• Ensure all paperwork and sign-off documents have been received and meet company requirements. Verify and control all the documentation needed to close the BNFs at Salesforce.
• Helping business teams in setting up projects in IQVIA CRM.
• Working closely to the GFSS and Commercial Operations Team to provide status report of opportunities and pending workload.
• Challenge the current ways of working and provides alternative solutions to improve quality and efficiency of processes.
• Having a deep knowledge of IQVIA products and processes.
• Assist in ad-hoc operations tasks, if required.
• Cross collaboration with different teams

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required

• Certificate of Higher Education (HNC) or Bachelor.
• Prior finance or sales administration experience is essential, with CRM knowledge (SFDC preferred).
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Office Package knowledge
