Formación

  • Experience in leading industrialization processes of parts.

Job Description

Mission

Leads the industrialization of parts within AHE Supply Chain scope, from elementary parts to main component assemblies.

Technologies (not exhaustive)

sheet metal, machining, piping, welding, prepreg molding, wet lay-up, thermoforming, sealing, foams, plastic machining, injection, transparent, metallic and composite assy + 3D measurement.

Activity Axes
  • New Industrializations (new products / redesigned products).
  • Transfers of Work (MtB / BtB).
  • Repetitive NCs: suppliers’ manufacturing process capacity assessment, industrial constraints vs design requirements, support to root cause analysis and recovery plan definition, supply chain network / stakeholders coordination.
  • Production Line blocking parts curative measures.
Main Responsibilities
  • To lead the suppliers’ industrialization process of parts.
  • To support Strategic Procurement on sourcing strategy about suppliers’ industrial capabilities and constraints / technical weaknesses.
  • To manage Transfer of Work (MtB, BtB) due to different reasons, i.e.: re‑assignment, supply chain reshaping, double sourcing, bankruptcy, etc.
  • To provide technical support to Design Office / concurrent engineering, and to MCA, early in the conception stage of the part.
  • To actively support the HO Production routines on supply chain critical parts problem solving.
  • To ensure measurement technical specification.
  • To manage maturity industrialization review.
  • Manufacturing innovation surveillance.
  • To support the Supply Chain network to ensure business continuity (technical problem solving, transfer of work projects, production feedback loops, drawing correction).
  • To lead the Product MFT on problem identification and solving for critical and production line blocking parts, setting the immediate curative measures.
  • The above stated in accordance with the appropriate activity rules (processes qualification, critical parts procedure, regulations, safety, ...).
  • To develop the industrial culture for all our products in order to improve cost, quality and cycles.
  • To impulse the use of methods and tools within and without Airbus aiming to setup new design to manufacture standard.
  • To influence the Supply Chain network and industrial strategy for a reliable and performant procurement system.
