A travel and tourism company is seeking individuals for various roles involving daytime and evening event activities at their hotel. You will interact with guests of all ages, deliver high-quality service, and contribute to a fun atmosphere. Candidates should have excellent people skills and be comfortable working in a team. Language skills in English and other European languages are beneficial, and the position offers a competitive salary starting at €22,300 gross/year, with additional perks like accommodation support and language lessons.

ABOUT THE JOB

• You will deliver a wide range of fun daytime and sport activities, while constantly interacting with our guests of all ages and nationalities.
• You also co-ordinate and deliver the evening programme & events for our main highlights of the week. You put the guest at the heart of everything you do by consistently engaging in guest interaction.
• You deliver the highest quality service and guest experience in line with the TUI standards.
• You will help plan and run our main events during the day and evening. Your goal is to create a fun and special atmosphere that guests will always remember.

ABOUT YOU

• You are a sociable individual with excellent people skills and the personality & confidence to work independently and as part of a small international team.
• A careful and detail-focused individual with the ability to plan, deliver, and evaluate international activities and events, always keeping guest needs in mind.
• Additional skills such as singing, dancing, are appreciated but not essential.
• You feel comfortable to communicate and host the Daytime & Evening events well in English – other languages are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Comfortable working in small teams to create unforgettable holiday experience to all our guests.
