A leading energy company in Spain is seeking an experienced EHS Specialist for on-site projects. You'll be responsible for implementing Health, Safety, and Environmental plans while ensuring compliance and safety standards are met. Ideal candidates will have a Master’s Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention and relevant experience in the electrical sector. Formación

• Experience with ISO 45001 processes and management systems.
• 2–3 years of experience on construction sites, preferably in the electrical sector.
• Willingness to travel; previous UK experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
• Manage CAE documentation and H&S reporting.

🌍 We’re hiring : EHS Specialist – Health & Safety for On-Site Projects

As we continue expanding our Transmission & Distribution (T&D) projects across Europe, we’re looking for a passionate EHS Specialist to make sure every installation, every site, and every person is protected and empowered to work safely.

You’ll be the guardian of safety and sustainability on the ground — from transformer installations to substation projects — working closely with clients, subcontractors, and HQ teams to ensure everything runs smoothly, safely, and in compliance with the highest standards.

What You’ll Do

• Implement and monitor Health, Safety & Environmental plans across our projects.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and prevention services on-site.
• Lead inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
• Manage CAE documentation, access permits, and H&S reporting.
• Oversee PSS, environmental management plans, and waste management procedures.
• Support the training plan, PPE allocation, and preventive resources.
• Drive CHINT’s Zero Harm culture every single day.

What You Bring

• Vocational or Master’s Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL).
• Experience with ISO 45001 processes and management systems.
• 2–3 years of experience on construction sites (EPC / electrical sector valued).
• Strong organization, communication, and documentation skills.
• Intermediate English (B2) and willingness to travel.
• Previous UK experience is a plus.
