A leading recruitment agency is seeking a talented individual to provide consultative support to Dutch-speaking business clients. This full-time on-site role, based in Málaga or Valencia, requires native Dutch and fluent English language skills. Key responsibilities include onboarding clients, educating them about cloud solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Provide consultative support to Dutch-speaking business clients
Assist with onboarding, configuration, and product activation
Educate customers on cloud tools, features, and best practices
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal technical teams as needed
Understand business needs and recommend suitable solutions or upgrades
Maintain detailed CRM records and customer documentation
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adoption
Stay informed on product updates and industry trends
Native/fluent Dutch (C1+)
Fluent English (B2+)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in technology and cloud solutions
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and simply
Previous customer-facing or support experience is a plus (not mandatory)
On-site role — Málaga or Valencia office
Full-time: 39 hours/week
Monday – Friday | 09:00 – 18:00
