Formación

  • C1+ Dutch proficiency required.
  • B2+ English proficiency required.
  • Previous customer-facing or support experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Provide consultative support to Dutch-speaking business clients.
  • Assist with onboarding, configuration, and product activation.
  • Educate customers on cloud tools and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with technical teams.
  • Recommend suitable solutions based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consultative support to Dutch-speaking business clients

  • Assist with onboarding, configuration, and product activation

  • Educate customers on cloud tools, features, and best practices

  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal technical teams as needed

  • Understand business needs and recommend suitable solutions or upgrades

  • Maintain detailed CRM records and customer documentation

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adoption

  • Stay informed on product updates and industry trends

Requirements
  • Native/fluent Dutch (C1+)

  • Fluent English (B2+)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Interest in technology and cloud solutions

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and simply

  • Previous customer-facing or support experience is a plus (not mandatory)
