About the Role

What You Will Do
  • Handle incoming inquiries from business customers via phone, email and chat
  • Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues and guide clients through solutions
  • Monitor ongoing cases and ensure timely follow‑up
  • Maintain professional communication and deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client requests efficiently
  • Keep records updated in the CRM system
Requirements
  • Fluent Dutch (C1+) and good English
  • Excellent communication, customer‑service mindset and problem‑solving skills
  • Previous customer support experience is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Comfortable working with computers, CRM tools and multitasking
  • Positive attitude, team spirit and willingness to learn
  • EU citizenship or valid Spanish work permit is mandatory
