Job Description

We are looking for an international company related with Services Sector. The Digital Workplace Engineering Director will lead the engineering function responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the digital workplace ecosystem — ensuring that employees can work securely, efficiently, and collaboratively from anywhere.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of engineers and product specialists, promoting collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
  • Oversee the architecture, delivery, and continuous improvement of workplace and device management solutions (laptops, operating systems, mobility tools, and collaboration platforms).
  • Align technology initiatives with the organization’s overall strategy, ensuring service stability, scalability, and security.
  • Define and plan workforce capabilities, identify future skill needs, and foster continuous learning and talent development.
  • Implement efficient, agile, and outcome-oriented working methods to enhance delivery performance and process optimization.
  • Contribute to the overall technology strategy and participate in key decision-making forums within the organization.
  • Promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, and continuous learning across the team and broader digital workplace community.
Requirements
  • Proven experience leading technical or engineering teams in digital, infrastructure, or product environments.
  • Strong knowledge of digital workplace technologies, operating systems, device management, and collaboration tools.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute complex technology programs.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Hands-on and agile approach, with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
  • Curiosity and passion for emerging technologies and innovative ways of working.
  • Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
