A marketing analytics agency based in Madrid is seeking a Digital / Data Analyst to drive data-led decision-making across various clients. The successful candidate will define analytical work, deliver BI solutions, and support client relationships. This role requires strong data visualization skills and proficiency in analytics tools. The position is remote but includes twice-yearly travel for workshops.

Formación

  • You are a well-rounded analytics practitioner with exposure to digital and media analytics.
  • Interest in how data reveals creative and behavioral insights.

Responsabilidades

  • Define and deliver analytical work across channels including web, social, and CRM.
  • Deliver BI/dashboard solutions for clients.
  • Perform analysis for projects such as journey analytics and marketing effectiveness.
  • Support all stages of client relationships.
  • Champion a data-driven approach for marketing effectiveness.

Conocimientos

Proficiency in English suitable for business communication
Experience in data analytics within an agency environment
Excellent data visualization skills using Google Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau
Advanced Google Tag Manager and GA4 skills
Knowledge of SQL, Google BigQuery, Python, Excel
Experience with Adobe Analytics
Strong communication and data storytelling skills
Stakeholder management skills
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment

About the Team You Will Be Joining

You will be a part of our central team (called The Hub), working across a variety of clients. This role is remote; however, twice-yearly trips to European destinations for team workshops and training will be required.

What You Will Be Doing in Your Role
  • Define and deliver analytical work across channels including web, social, and CRM
  • Deliver BI/dashboard solutions for clients, supporting standardization and development of our offerings
  • Perform analysis for projects such as journey analytics, marketing effectiveness, and creative/media performance
  • Support all stages of client relationships, from scoping to discovery and delivery, ensuring insights are actionable
  • Champion a data-driven approach to understand marketing effectiveness and optimize activities throughout the customer journey
What Skills Will Help You Be Successful
  • Proficiency in English suitable for business communication
  • Experience in data analytics within an agency environment
  • Excellent data visualization skills using Google Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau
  • Advanced Google Tag Manager and GA4 skills, including e-commerce setup and third-party integrations
  • Knowledge of SQL, Google BigQuery, Python, Excel
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics is a plus
  • Background in web, social, and eCommerce analytics
  • Strong communication and data storytelling skills
  • Interest in how data reveals creative and behavioral insights
  • Stakeholder management skills and ability to influence at all levels
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
