Our products help consignors, veterinarians and sales companies run smarter, faster and more professional operations. From managing inspections and tracking buyer interest to handling documents and invoicing, we’ve transformed the way the industry operates. Most recently, we launched a secure cloud platform for vets and sales companies to share and access critical horse data such as X-rays, scope videos and reports. It’s already changing the way major sales and clinics operate, with adoption growing rapidly. We’re a small, ambitious team with global reach and this role is a unique opportunity to help us tell our story, expand our presence and play a part in modernising an industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
- ✍️ Content & Scheduling
- Write and schedule email campaigns.
- Create and schedule engaging social posts.
- Maintain a proactive content calendar for visibility and planning.
🧭 Planning & Strategy
- Collaborate with our CEO and COO to define and execute marketing plans.
- Analyse campaign performance and client feedback to refine messaging.
- Research competitors and industry trends to spot new opportunities.
- Leverage our existing client base to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-promotion and referrals.
- Focus on creative, non-paid marketing activities to build reach and engagement in the short term.
- Work with us to plan for a dedicated marketing budget in the near future, shaping how and where we invest.
💡 Creative & Brand Input
- Refine our brand voice and ensure consistency across all channels.
- Generate fresh ideas for content, not just about our products but industry-wide insights, thought leadership and educational pieces.
- Experiment with new formats (short videos, infographics, interactive posts, etc.).
- Suggest partnership or co-marketing opportunities with industry leaders.
📊 Reporting & Optimisation
- Use analytics tools (social insights,Google Analytics, etc.) to measure impact.
- Share clear, simple insights that help guide future marketing activity.
What We’re Looking For
- ✅ Experience: At least 3 years in marketing, with digital and content writing exposure.
- 💬 Proficiency in English: Strong writing and communication skills with excellent command of tone, clarity and nuance.
- 🧠 Industry Learning: Ability to pick up new industries quickly and translate complex ideas into simple, relevant messaging.
- 🚀 Mindset: Self-motivated, adaptable and confident working independently.
- 🛠️ Tools: Familiarity with HubSpot, Meta Business Manager, and Google Analytics is ideal. Experience with tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Canva is also helpful.
- 📈 Visibility & Reach: Understanding of SEO basics and how to optimise for visibility and impact is a plus.
- 🌍 International Perspective: Comfortable shaping messages for a global audience across NA, EMEA and APAC.
