The role involves monitoring stock levels, logistics management, and producing detailed reports while requiring strong analytical skills and fluency in both English and Spanish. Main Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and forecasting stock levels
  • Making and monitoring yearly purchase forecasts
  • Maintaining safety stocks
  • Producing reports and statistics of sales, purchases and stock levels
  • Continually improving purchasing methods and procedures to optimize costs, simplify internal processes and help brand development
  • Initiating, establishing and developing good relationships with existing suppliers
  • Preparing and processing purchase orders
  • Transport pricing negotiation
  • Logistics and transport management
  • Controlling and administration of payments and invoices
  • Supporting our Product Management
  • Integrating a new purchase tool
  • Assisting the COO

Hard & Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and positive attitude
  • Organized and process-oriented
  • Enthusiastic, high energy and unafraid to “roll up your sleeves”
  • Ability to think out of the box and work under pressure
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Fluent/Native in Spanish (Native or very high level is essential)
  • Very good MS Office knowledge - Advanced level of Excel
