We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst who enjoys Data Modeling in DBT, to work with a Pharmaceutical Organisation in Spain!
You will design, implement, and optimise data models using DBT, in a Snowflake cloud environment, that enable actionable insights across the business, particularly supporting analytics in clinical research, supply chain, and commercial operations.
Design and develop data models using DBT in a Snowflake cloud environment Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into structured datasets and analytical frameworks Maintain, document, and version control DBT models (sources, staging, marts, macros) Perform data profiling, validation, and testing to ensure model quality and reliability Optimise performance of DBT models and Snowflake queries for large-scale data operations Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) by providing clean, trusted datasets)
DBT for developing and managing modular, tested, and well-documented data models Snowflake with an understanding of Snowflake-specific features SQL, including the ability to write efficient, readable, and optimised queries for analytical workloads Performance tuning in data environments Git and version control best practices, ideally in a collaborative or production DBT workflow
