Travel Customer Service Representative (Danish-Speaking)

What youll do
  • Be the first point of contact for Danish-speaking travelers and accommodation partners via phone and email acting as their guide, confidant, and support throughout their journey.
  • Listen, understand and respond to traveler needs: from booking questions, payment clarifications, cancellations or modifications, to general travel-related enquiries.
  • Mediate between travelers and accommodation providers across the world: ensure smooth communication, resolve issues, and deliver top-tier customer service.
  • Provide accurate, timely information and follow clearly defined procedures, while maintaining empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
  • Keep detailed records of interactions and updates in our internal systems making sure every booking step is tracked and organized.
  • Embrace changes: adapt to shifting priorities and evolving business processes with a flexible and positive mindset.
What we expect from you
  • Native-level Danish (C2) plus fluent English written and spoken so you can communicate effortlessly with international clients and partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: warm, friendly, solution-oriented.
  • Comfortable with computers and digital tools (CRM systems, internal platforms, Office tools).
  • A proactive, motivated attitude with a problem-solving, goal-oriented mindset.
  • Bonus: previous experience in customer support, hospitality or booking-related environments but what matters most is your passion and attitude.
  • Willingness to work from office or remotely (flexibility depending on the setup).
